The stay included a lovely deluxe family suite with stunning sea views, making it perfect for family with children. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers, creating a serene atmosphere. Dining at the resort was a highlight, especially the delicious steaks served at the Magnolia restaurant. However, entering the water revealed some rocky patches, and the limited dining options during peak times were a bit of a constraint. Nonetheless, the welcoming staff, particularly Despina, made the experience overall enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Despina who always made sure we had everything we needed during our meals! Even had a situation one morning where we were woken up by noisy guests at 5 am, called reception, and they handled it right away, went above and beyond!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but I’d say it’s still reasonable enough for the quality offered.

The gardens here are sprawling and lush, providing a nice backdrop for relaxing walks or lounging around the pool. Direct access to the beach offers a convenient way to enjoy sunbathing without too much hassle.

The buffet dining experience often leaves much to be desired. cold meals and a lack of choices can drain the excitement of mealtime. Rooms feel quite outdated, with worn furniture and repairs that are hard to overlook, like the patched-up ceilings in room 334. Additionally, finding sunbeds with umbrellas post-9 am is a real challenge—many guests stake their claim early, which leads to frustration for those who sleep in. The absence of a shuttle into Kriopigi means relying on taxis, which can quickly add up if you're aiming to explore the area.

Food quality and variety are sorely lacking for a 5-star establishment!!! Inconsistent housekeeping is frustrating. The pricing for drinks is outrageous, making the overall experience feel undervalued!!!

The beach access was convenient, but I felt the food options were limited and didn’t quite meet the five-star standard. Breakfast was good. however, dinner choices were mediocre, and having stray cats around dining areas was off-putting. The pool area needed better maintenance, as there were cleanliness issues. I did notice the internet connection was solid, which was great.
